The report supports both historical production review and future production planning, enabling production teams to evaluate operational performance and monitor production schedules across departments, production lines and manufacturing stages.
The report can be accessed through:
Production → Reports → Production Plan
The report is used to analyse planned versus achieved production quantities across production processes and to monitor production execution performance over a selected reporting period.
It is commonly used by:
production planners,
factory managers,
operations teams,
production supervisors,
and management personnel.
The report is especially useful for identifying production variances, monitoring process performance and evaluating production efficiency across different manufacturing stages.
The report interface contains:
organisation selection,
production view selection,
date range selection,
production process grid,
and production schedule navigation.
The ENTIRE ORGANIZATION selector allows users to generate production plans across accessible organisations, companies, factories or branches.
The Show selector supports multiple production analysis views including:
Total,
Actual,
Rejection,
Wastage,
and Bubble Chart.
Total displays overall production quantities including accepted production, rejection quantities and wastage.
Actual displays accepted production quantities.
Rejection displays production output that was not accepted as finished production but may still retain operational or resale value.
Wastage displays production losses that have no recoverable value.
Bubble Chart provides a graphical visualisation of production planning and achievement trends across processes and dates.
The report is displayed as a process-based production planning grid.
Each row represents a production process or manufacturing stage. Examples may include:
Cutting,
Pattern Making,
Sewing,
Inspection and Quality Control,
Packing and Dispatch,
and other organisation-specific production processes.
Production processes are configurable and may vary depending on organisational requirements.
The report is organised by date and displays production quantities across the selected reporting period.
For each reporting date:
the left (blue) column represents planned production quantities,
the right (yellow) column represents achieved production quantities.
Each process also displays:
daily production values,
and cumulative production values.
Cumulative values are calculated from the start of the selected reporting period and provide ongoing visibility of production progress.
Production process names displayed within the report are clickable.
Selecting a process opens a detailed process-level production view showing transaction-level production activity for the selected manufacturing stage.
This functionality allows organisations to analyse how individual job orders and products contribute to overall process performance.
The Bubble Chart view provides a visual comparison of production planning and production achievement.
Each process and reporting date is represented using concentric circles where:
the grey circle represents the maximum production reference level based on the highest production day,
the blue circle represents planned production quantity,
and the green circle represents achieved production quantity.
This visual format allows users to quickly identify production gaps, underperformance and production peaks across operational processes.
The report supports production planning versus execution analysis by comparing planned quantities against actual production output.
This allows organisations to:
monitor production efficiency,
evaluate production progress,
identify production bottlenecks,
analyse rejection and wastage levels,
and improve operational planning accuracy.
The report includes utility navigation for related production reports.

The report supports:
production planning visibility,
production execution monitoring,
planned versus achieved analysis,
rejection tracking,
wastage monitoring,
process-level production analysis,
and cumulative production performance tracking.
Displayed information varies depending on the selected production view, reporting period and organisational production configuration.
The Production Plan Report provides a consolidated production planning and execution analysis view within TUHUND.
By combining planned production visibility, achieved production tracking, rejection and wastage analysis, cumulative production monitoring and process-level drilldown functionality, the report enables organisations to evaluate production performance, monitor manufacturing progress and improve production planning effectiveness across operational processes.
