Unlike the Production Plan Report, which focuses on overall process-level planning and execution analysis, the Production Schedule Report provides job-order-level scheduling visibility and phase-wise production tracking, allowing organisations to monitor production progress at a more detailed operational level.
The report can be accessed through:
Production → Reports → Production Schedule
The report is used to analyse production schedules, monitor job-order progress and compare planned production quantities against actual production performance across production phases.
It is commonly used by:
production planners,
workshop supervisors,
factory managers,
operations teams,
and management personnel.
The report is especially useful for production scheduling, job-order monitoring, workshop planning and production progress tracking.
The report interface contains:
organisation selection,
job-order status filtering,
production type filtering,
grouping controls,
reporting mode selection,
workshop filtering,
date range selection,
and a production scheduling grid.
The ENTIRE ORGANIZATION selector allows users to generate production schedules across accessible organisations, companies, factories or branches.
The Show selector supports filtering job orders based on their operational status, allowing users to analyse schedules at different stages of the production lifecycle.
The Type selector supports production-type filtering. Available options depend on the organisation's production configuration and may include categories such as garments, sampling, job work, logo trims or other organisation-specific production types.
The Workshop selector allows users to analyse schedules for specific workshops, production sections or manufacturing units. Available workshops depend on the organisation’s production structure and may include departments such as sampling, logo processing, and other specialised production units.
The report also supports configurable date-range selection for both historical production review and future production scheduling.
The Group By selector supports:
Job Orders,
and Phases.
When grouped by Job Orders, the report displays production phases under each job order.
When grouped by Phases, the report displays job orders organised under each production phase.
The View By selector supports:
Per Day,
and Cumulative.
Per Day displays daily production quantities for each reporting date.
Cumulative displays running totals calculated from the beginning of the selected reporting period.
The report is displayed as a structured production scheduling grid.
Depending on the selected grouping mode, the report may display:
Job Orders,
Production Phases,
Customer Information,
Product Information,
Daily Planned Quantities,
Daily Actual Quantities,
and Cumulative Production Values.
For each reporting date:
the upper value represents planned production quantity,
and the lower value represents actual production quantity.
This structure allows organisations to compare production schedules against actual execution across individual job orders and production phases.
Job order numbers displayed within the report are clickable.
Selecting a job order opens the corresponding Job Order record, allowing users to access detailed production, customer, product and workflow information associated with that order.
This functionality provides direct navigation from production schedules to operational job-order management.
The report provides visibility into how production work is distributed across manufacturing phases and reporting dates.
Typical production phases may include:
Spreading and Cutting,
Stitching,
Inspection and Quality Control,
Packing and Dispatch,
and other organisation-specific manufacturing processes.
Production phases are configurable and may vary depending on business requirements and manufacturing workflows.
The report includes utility navigation for related production functions.

The report supports:
production scheduling,
job-order tracking,
phase-wise production monitoring,
planned versus actual analysis,
workshop-level scheduling visibility,
cumulative production tracking,
and production progress monitoring.
Displayed information varies depending on the selected filters, grouping configuration, reporting mode, workshop selection and reporting period.
The Production Schedule Report provides a detailed job-order and phase-based production scheduling view within TUHUND.
By combining production scheduling, planned versus actual production visibility, workshop-based filtering, flexible grouping options and direct job-order integration, the report enables organisations to monitor production progress, manage manufacturing schedules and analyse production performance across operational workflows.
