Is there any option to automatically logout all the employees at a particular time. I want my employees to automatically logout at 18:30, if they do not punch out before that.
There is ambiguity in what you are trying to ask. I presume you want to know if employees do not punch in attendance device while leaving office, is there a way for the system to automatically log them out at a specific time. If that is you question, then the answer is yes.
You can select a time on branch level which gives you the option of selecting different timing for different branches. Please go to admin >> branch management >> branch. On left side under “Human Resource” section you will find an option “If employees do not logout at end of the day, automatically log then out at.” Please edit that and enter the time. If you do not see the option there, then for your deployment, still old method of organizational level setting for this parameter is active. This option is available in admin >> system configuration and settings. If you are ok with same time for entire organization, you can use this option. Otherwise, please raise a support ticket and we will change this to give you branch level option.
Please note, users who do not logout by 12 am will be logged out at your specified time. This is to accommodate for those employees who have actually stayed late. That is, if you have specified 18:30 and logoff time. Suppose one employee say employee A does not punch out at all and another employee say employee B punches out at 19:00, at 00:00 A will be punched put with 18:30 as logout time while employee B will stay at 19:00.
