We want to make the stock of entire organization visible to sales people
We want our sales people to be able to see the stock of entire organization even for the branch they have no other access to. How to we do that?

You can make the stock of the entire organization visible to your staff through the sales module, not through inventory. The inventory module shows you a lot of advanced and sensitive data, that salespeople have nothing to do with. The sales module shows you limited data. Enabling this is a two-step process.
1. You need to add security function INV003B to the security group that contains such users
2. You need to enable it from the admin module. You will find an option "Make stock of all branches visible to authorized users" under Inventory & Procurement settings in system-wide settings.
